Certificate Courses

Courses with substance

Certifying courses, currently in-house only and delivered by me as a SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC). Not off-the-shelf SAFe: I combine the official curriculum with hands-on experience, real case studies and a practice reflection three weeks after the course – so the certificate is not the end, but the beginning.

My approach

More than a standard course

A certificate, yes – but not for its own sake. What matters to me is that the learning works and lasts in the organisation.

SAFe – enriched, not rattled off

The official SAFe curriculum is the foundation. I add exercises, my own practical examples and experience from real transformations, so the concepts don’t stay abstract but land in everyday work.

An investment in lasting impact

I plan around 50% more time than the standard curriculum – room for additional, hands-on exercises. That investment pays off: the learning takes root in the teams and the organisation instead of fading once the certificate is issued.

Practice reflection after three weeks

Learning doesn’t end on the last day of the course. Three weeks after the course, participants get the opportunity to reflect on what they’ve learned, share experiences from their day-to-day practice and discuss open questions together. That’s how knowledge turns into real implementation.
